Cocoa-Coconut Balls
PREPARATION: 10 minutes

SERVES: 10
Ingredients:
3 Tb cocoa powder
2 Tb all-natural peanut butter
10 pitted dates
Handful mixed fruit and nut mix
5 Tb water
4 Tb shredded coconut
Method:
1) Chuck ALL ingredients (except shredded coconut) in a high-power blender, and blend away!
2) Divide mixture into 10 equal portions, form into balls and roll them around on a bed of the shredded coconut.
3) Store in the fridge or freezer in an air-tight container.
4) Enjoy as a healthy and nutritious snack!
