My berry delicious healthy smoothie

This smoothie is delicious as a breakfast meal or as an afternoon pick-me-up snack! So easy to make and only takes 3 minutes! Enjoy!


  • Handful of raspberries

  • Handful of blueberries

  • Half a banana

  • Handful of spinach

  • 1/2 C of coconut water

  • Shredded coconut, chia seeds and additional berries, to serve.


  1. Blend raspberries, blueberries, banana and spinach with 1/2 C of coconut water.

  2. Pour into a glass and add coconut, chia seeds and berries on top.
